Terms and Conditions for The 90th Minute

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using The 90th Minute website or participating in our events.

By accessing this site or registering for a tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

The 90th Minute is an independent platform that hosts and promotes FIFA 25 (FC 25) tournaments for entertainment and competitive purposes. Our tournaments are open to PlayStation users who register and comply with all rules.

2. Eligibility

To participate in any tournament or event, you must:

  • Own a PlayStation console (PS4 or PS5)

  • Have a valid PlayStation Network (PSN) ID

  • Be 13 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent)

  • Have a stable internet connection

  • Agree to the tournament rules and consent to live streaming

3. Registration and Conduct

By registering for a tournament, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information (name, email, PSN ID)

  • Follow all match rules, schedules, and fair play standards

  • Treat other players, viewers, and admins with respect

  • Not cheat, exploit, or use mods/glitches during gameplay

  • Accept the final decisions of the organizers

Failure to comply may result in disqualification or permanent removal from future events.

4. Prizes

Prizes (e.g., PlayStation vouchers) will be awarded to eligible winners based on tournament results. By participating, you agree that:

  • All decisions made by The 90th Minute regarding match results and prizes are final.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • If you are found to have broken any rules, your prize may be revoked.

5. Streaming and Media Consent

By registering and participating, you consent to:

  • Your gameplay being recorded, live-streamed, or uploaded to YouTube

  • Your PSN ID and gameplay being shared publicly for event coverage

  • Screenshots, replays, and results being used in promotional content

If you do not agree, you must refrain from registering or participating.

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the website’s security, content, or other users

  • Use this website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from this site without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user who violates these terms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The 90th Minute is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, lag, disconnections, or platform outages

  • Missed matches or results due to player errors

  • Loss or damage of data, gameplay content, or earnings

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or participation in events means you accept any new terms.
